Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our commitment
At Vitamoon, we are convinced of the quality and effectiveness of our products. That is why we offer you a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no conditions and no product return.
If our supplements do not fully satisfy you, we will simply refund you.
Guarantee conditions
Who is covered? This guarantee applies exclusively to orders placed on vitamoon.fr. Purchases made on third-party platforms (Amazon.fr, etc.) are subject to each platform's own return policy.
What is the time limit? You have 30 calendar days from the date of your order to let us know you are not satisfied.
Which products? Each product requires a separate refund request. If your order contains several products, specify in your email which item or items are concerned.
Both opened and unopened products are eligible for the guarantee, with no physical return required.
What is the limit? The money-back guarantee is limited to 2 requests per year per household (same delivery address).
Parcel not received — Our commitments
If you have not received your order, contact us at contact@vitamoon.fr with your order number.
We systematically check the tracking information with our carriers. If proof of delivery is provided by our delivery provider, showing that the parcel was handed over, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund.
Vitamoon cannot be held responsible for the following external events once proof of delivery has been established:

Theft of the parcel from the letterbox

Receipt by a third party (neighbour, caretaker, household member…)

Any other circumstance beyond our control
If you have any doubts about the security of your delivery point, we recommend choosing delivery to a pick-up point when you order.
Product temporarily unavailable
If a product in your order becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, you will be informed by email as soon as possible.
You would then have the choice between two options:

Cancel and be refunded: the refund would be made no later than 5 days after your request

Keep your order and wait for restocking; in this case you can request cancellation at any time, as long as you have not received the shipping confirmation for your order
How to use the money-back guarantee
The procedure is very simple:

Send an email to contact@vitamoon.fr before the 30-day period expires

Use the subject line: “Refund request — [Name + Order no.]”

Specify the product or products concerned and, if you wish, the reason for your dissatisfaction (optional, but your feedback helps us improve)
No product return is required.
Refund terms
The refund method depends on when you contact us:
Request within the first 14 days after the order You are refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days of your request being approved.
Request between the 15th and 30th day after the order You receive a Vitamoon voucher of equivalent value, valid for 12 months across our whole store, issued within 5 working days of your request being approved.
In both cases, the amount refunded corresponds to the unit price actually paid for your order, excluding delivery costs. For purchases made during a promotion or as part of a bundle, the promotional price is refunded.
Your legal right of withdrawal
This 30-day commercial guarantee supplements — and does not replace — your legal 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the French Consumer Code (article L.221-18). Under this legal right, the return of the unopened product may be required in accordance with the regulations in force.
