What is hydrolysed marine collagen?
It is collagen sourced from fish. Hydrolysis breaks it down into very small fragments, called peptides, smaller than 2,000 daltons. Thanks to their small size, they are absorbed by the digestive system and enter the body through the gut.
Our collagen is a type 1 and 3 fish collagen peptide, the award-winning "Pure Peptide" ingredient (Award Winning Ingredient, S.N.P. #1 2021).

Type 1 and type 3 collagen.
Why add hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and biotin to a collagen?
To complement the action of collagen, each 25 ml serving combines:
- Vitamin C (120 mg): contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones and cartilage.
- Biotin (5,000 µg): contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin.
- Hyaluronic acid (50 mg): combining hyaluronic acid with marine collagen creates a complementary synergy that works on the structure, firmness and hydration of the skin, as well as on joint comfort.
- Selenium (27.5 µg): contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and nails.
The formula also contains silica (50 mg) and vitamins B5, B6, B12 and D3.
Liquid or powder collagen: what's the difference?
The liquid format is taken as a shot or diluted in a glass of water, with nothing to prepare. You can also use it to flavour a yoghurt.
A powder, on the other hand, has to be mixed into a liquid and can form lumps.
How do I take Liquid Marine Collagen?
